We are an open innovation project exploring a new era of non-alcoholic beverages that prioritize diversity, sustainability, and cultural transformation. In collaboration with researchers, entrepreneurs, and creatives, we use diverse approaches to conduct R&D, prototyping, and social implementation, with the aim of spearheading a new movement in food and beverages.
